Seashells
Work Note:
Someone picks up a shell on the beach and listens to it. The interior of the shell carries the echo of another life, which transports the listener on a journey through time and space. Through contrasts between concrete environments and manipulated sounds, a feeling of standing with one foot in the present and the other in a strange, somewhat uncomfortable world. Seashells invites the listener to reflect on how something small and everyday can hide deep and complex stories.
