This piece is a sonic reimagining of one of my own pieces, inspired by the concept of an "exquisite corpse", but played against myself instead. Fragments of themes and motives from the original piece are distilled, reassembled, and transformed into a shifting soundscape, where old ideas dissolve and reform in unexpected ways. Like turning a kaleidoscope, each moment reveals a new perspective, refracting the past into something fresh and unpredictable.
